Language instructions for Newcomers to Canada offered by the TDSB. Evening and morning classes available. Linc only accepts LANDED IMMIGRANTS & CONVENTION REFUGEES. They must be assessed at the YMCA Assessment centre before they come to us. Must Call YMCA and book an appointment @ 416-925-5460. Clients must take their immigration documents with them to the appointment. We also have Care For Newcomer Children Centre and accept children from 18 months to School Age.
